KNITTING!

It would be more accurate to call this page "fiber arts" since I also crochet, but I don't really like crocheting, so I'll just... ignore that. I started seriously knitting on October 16, 2023, after a few false starts (once earlier that year because I tried to learn from my mother, who isn't a very good teacher, and once when I was about four and could only do garter stitch and didn't have the brain power to comprehend what I was even doing.) Since then, I've made a lot of silly stuff!

Double pointed needles. Small projects in the round. Really shivers me timbers.
Patterns. Writing them and following them. I am horrible at following instructions and counting my rows.

AWESOME HAT 1/1/2025 A hat I made for my mother using this pattern, with some liberties taken to account for my lack of yellow and some various design choices I thought would look cool. It was mainly to use up the neon pink yarn that I bought when I was four or five and really dislike and I have too much of.
